We will need you to complete a questionnaire in as much detail as possible so we can make an initial evaluation of your pension status. We also need you to sign the authorisation for us to obtain a “statement of benefits and transfer value” from your present pension provider(s).

When we have received the relevant information a pension review will be prepared for you with our recommendations-there is no charge for you to receive a review and recommendation.
